Asking a fit person what they do to stay fit AND assuming that’s how they got fit is like asking a rich person how they maintain wealth and assuming that’s how they built it. The maintenance protocol and the building protocol are not the same thing. If you model the current behavior without the foundation, you’re solving the wrong problem. And yeah, the build takes some time… But once you get there? Maintenance is easy. If you want to start from the right place without trial and error, DM me “TRAIN”.

It is the ultimate demonstration of why remigration is required. Assimilation is a myth. London is an ethnically segregated third world shithole and its only redeeming features are the things built by our native ancestors. The immigrants have only made London worse and it’s why natives are taking every opportunity to leave to the shires. If you have no native blood you need to leave. We can talk about exemptions and possible carve outs later but we must start from the assumption they must all leave and work backwards from there.
