Who do AI folks think they are? Publishers of 1st amendment protected information in the form of neuralnet weights and code. USA courts have long recognized that the word "speech" in 1st amendment refers to information in general such as code, words, or pictures.

Any ordinary company that sells a faulty product gets sued. Why isn't Hugging Face suing Open AI? Why are all these big AI companies demanding govt regulation? Maybe they can't innovate fast enough to keep up with their smaller competition.
