So..still consulting. what you’re describing is just the high-level strategy version that’s gotten crowded and low-margin. The successful version (what Accenture, Deloitte, etc. actually sell) is deep implementation consulting with specific tools, measurable outcomes, and multi-quarter transformations. Maybe we should clarify the nomenclature first.

interesting. I guess one question would be if you are just getting starting out, what is that one vertical you would focus on and how would you go about finding it? I am in the boat where I know I want to go down that route however I am not sure what to focus on.... I agree that "AI" isn't the solution, its just a conduit, the real thing is finding a problem that is screaming for a solution.
