Seeing a lot of people say Seedance 2.5 isn’t worth it now that Minimax H3 is out and can reportedly be run locally with very little difference in image quality. So I decided to do a blind test. These 3 clips were each generated once with: • Seedance 2.5 • Seedance 2.0 • Minimax H3 No cherry-picking. No rerolls. And I’m not naive — I’m sure local models will eventually catch up. The real question is: on what hardware? 😂 Take a guess which is which. 👀

How mind blowing is my Pixar-Style intro video? I used MiniMax Design (H3) new #HailuoUnlimitedFrames (Start / End Frames) after training a LoRA on my animated character and used Black Forest Labs 's Flux to generate the images. I also used Freepik (now Magnific) for image editing & video generation (before MiniMax gave the free 7 days!) I wrote the script by myself. Then, used to generate a custom voice. Edited everything in CapCut and created a background soundtrack using Suno This blows my mind. An idea becomes a real thing. Knowledge is power. Know your AI tools -> get MIND BLOWING results! MINIMAX H3 JUST REPLACED THE ENTIRE ANIMATION PIPELINE before: a studio quotes $150,000 for a 25-second anime opening like this. a designer, an animator, an editor. 6 weeks across 4 different tools. after: i wrote the concept once and got 25 finished seconds back, the cuts and the card graphics already in the frame. I made this anime opening on MiniMax Design from one original idea. Both characters look the same in every shot, and black, white and red hold from the first frame to the last. I’ve always been a huge anime fan, especially Chainsaw Man. So I wanted to push my limits a bit and try creating a live-action version of Denji vs. Katana Man. Since anime fight scenes are known for their insane speed and intensity, translating that energy into live action became a challenge I genuinely enjoyed. This whole sequence was built using an image-to-video workflow with MiniMax Design (H3) 02 and Kling AI 2.5 Turbo, with the base images from Nano Banana Pro on Freepik (now Magnific) . Edited in CapCut Pro and upscaled with Topaz Labs for that final punch. Such a wild experiment, but honestly super fun to make. What do you think about the result?

AI generated the poster. Turns out GPT-6 Astra + Dreamina Seedance 2.5 is an actual pipeline. AI also did the boring Photoshop work. I started by creating the visual in Dreamina, then asked GPT-6 Astra to take it into Photoshop and separate the different elements into individual layers. So instead of manually masking everything, I get an editable layered file to keep working on. Dreamina → Astra → Photoshop → editable design. I'm a big fan of medieval Arthurian literature and one of my favorite stories is Chretien de Troyes' Perceval (le Conte du Graal). I did a trailer for it in 2024 (in the style of a 1980s Italian barbarian movie, titled Galvano: Guerriero del Graal) but this is the first time I have attempted a coherent scene with dialog. GPT 6 Astra is the closest thing to AGI I have ever seen. It took control of my computer, opened Krita, and painted this portrait of me from a reference image. To be clear: Fable 5.1 still beats it at design. Look closely and the imperfections are obvious. BUT that is not the point. It used a computer the way a human does, with accuracy I did not think was possible yet. That part is kind of scary.
