As I was driving through the city, I found myself caught in the usual gridlock and couldn’t help but wonder why cities haven’t begun implementing AI to control traffic lights based on congestion levels. It seems like such a logical and efficient solution.

I am interested in how well these systems track permanence of objects over a longer term period, like an hour or three out of sight in a building. Or how well it can tell apart two different cars of same make/model/color.
