Be careful with too consistent walking and running animations, it brings uncanny valley feel (not in a good way). When it will all work together, add some variable speeds into it.

The gravel sounds have got to go. That's hard packed road walking on it does not resemble accurate sound. Shouldn't sound soo loose. Looking really good with the pathing

Looking great. When ever I see your updates I chuckle at all the folks who say Godot only does 2D. Great work! What pathfinding are you using? Your own, some external one? I can't remember if Godot has it's own.
