In my experience custom brush prompts do not work very well. Perhaps later this year as the models are improved the results will be more usable, though.

I do! Mostly when feeling lazy. For instance that switch from ascending to descending is a perfect example of what I'd use it for, so I don't have to think so hard and can just test the result afterward The more I use it the more I get a feel for what types of things work well vs not, which I still feel I'm learning each day
