AI isn't replacing artists. It's plagiarizing them. I know this, because had this AI existed 100 years ago at the same sophistication, it would not have been able to produce the same work it does today. To be fair to AI, we're all standing on the shoulders of giants.

There was nothing wrong with the original bird box logo. Why does it need a silly little mascot? I liked the seriousness of the old logo. Did they ask you for this?

Bro... you can't even read it. Listen. There are people with bad eyes. Having a sign like that is going to DETER people from the shop. The other one was fine! It was cute, simple, and easy to understand.

The human design is way better. Sure, AI did it faster. But what’s more marketable? The designer’s version. AI gives you a JPEG that gets blurry when scaled. The human version can be printed anywhere at any size: giant poster boards, cars, doors, etc.

Yeah, its a lot of creativity and thinking. Love how you shaped the letters. It's modern but still classic look. The bird adds a nice touch

If you can spin up a bit of marketing/branding in a couple of prompts on own without paying next to nothing, then people will 100% do it. Especially if you're not offering a premium product and are competing on price. Almost every piece of marketing I see atm is created by AI.

I think if some companies try to use ai only. Others who want to show their work can collectively create new companies and produce human made products, designs, video games, and anything else that humans would prefer to create to satisfy the want for purpose and to keep that purpose. Plus humans create original art.

I hate gen AI but like the A.I. version more, it's much more simpler and memorable, the typography of his logo is really complex and almost unreadable... The character is cool tho...
