In honour of my firstborn being 10 years of age on the 11th March, I have decided to release another book. This book will be a bit different, since I could not FOR THE LIFE OF ME find the original book of thoughts and poems surrounding my first album. But I searched and I scrambled. Through hundreds of other notebooks and photographs. And for most of the pieces included, I wrote down what I could remember of stories and emotions surrounding the journey this album took me on. I was in the midst of crafting my thoughts on PO and protest etc from the numerous conversations and calls I have received recently when I came upon a video by Okey Bakassi on a WhatsApp group. I was so impressed by the depth of understanding of his narrative that I decided to pause my writing. He captured everything so powerfully against the contextual backdrop of history that added layers of indepth knowing. Okey's interview was so comprehensive about Peter Obi's response that I felt my own efforts would not be needed. Watch this video and take a listen 👂 -DrMo

After finding out the Washington state government is attempting to make it so my sheriff will be an appointed position by the state, and not an elected/voted on by the people. I have started to get more involved in politics and will be talking more on this. I know most people hate Youtube now, and would rather watch here, so here is my last video. Q/A with Pierce county sheriff, Notes from local politics meetings, dumb shit going on in Seattle, Huck and myself spoke at a Local charter board meeting, and my commentary on all of it.

It’s my big day! (No, not my birthday; this is way more important to me.) Two years since I chose myself and the generations after me. I’m on the precipice of my new career in polysomnography, and I’m celebrating this win, these wins actually , being alcohol free and now completely sober has really contributed to all my other accomplishments as of late . See y’all when I hit five on all these and I’m so serious 😌. (I would post the whole video but it’s so lengthy I may redo it for a different platform when I find the time to)

I don’t care how long it takes or how many people roast me, I will learn and I will figure it out. I will share what I am proud of and what I might be skeptical about. I will learn to look past the criticism. I will continue experimenting. I will give myself all the grace in the world. Fitness has become a gateway to so many possibilities for me. At some point it was rap, then it was academia, then investing and now it’s this. I will double down on these things because they offer me so much. PS: I wasn’t aware of the dangers of weighted dips and my form. I learned so much from the gym community. And this is my attempt after the many conversations I had on my previous post on dips. Please continue to hold no punches 🫡

I am in the unique position of witnessing and documenting Israels crimes against the Palestinians. I filmed this back in 2015 after returning from my first trip to Palestine. At the time, I thought I had witnessed the worst of it, but looking back, I realize I was severely mistaken. In this video, I talk about how I became passionate about Palestine and reflect on my previous ignorance of the true situation. The shock and disbelief were so overwhelming that I decided to pack my bags and see the reality for myself. It’s never been about Hamas, Oct 7 was inevitable and justified.
