NS Rb: Thank you for remembering that it's been six years. Right now, this feels like the best day of my life. Starting all the way back from the VALORANT beta in 2020, I think I always viewed myself more as someone who was still learning. Honestly, I never really thought of myself as someone who could just guarantee that I was a great player. So from the members I played with starting in Vision Strikers through DRX up until 2023, I think I spent those three years learning. Then through that learning, when I went to TEC in VCT CN, I thought a lot about how to use what I had learned, not just in-game but also more broadly in life. And that eventually brought me here to Nongshim and to this moment. In the end, though, the result came down to learning, studying, teammates covering for one another, and most importantly, as obvious as it sounds, hard work. (via EndPoem)

🦊 Hi, everyone. It’s Yeonjun! Today is finally the day I’ve officially become an idol as a member of TXT after my trainee days!! 🦊 It’s such a happy and meaningful day for me. Honestly, I’ve been waiting for this moment for a really long time 🦊 I started training and dancing when I was in my third year of middle school and since then, I’ve been growing my dream of becoming a singer. I’ve just been running towards it and before I knew it, five years had passed! 🦊 And today, I finally made that dream come true! It’s a moment I’ve wanted so badly, one I’ve really been waiting for 🦊 Earlier while filming, I was watching the broadcast and memories of practicing, working hard with the members, and going through evaluations all just started flooding back 🦊 They all passed through my mind like frames in a film and I kept getting choked up here and there 🦊 In the end, I couldn’t hold it in and ended up crying. Today was such an emotional and joyful day for me. The tears I’ve shed up until now were mixed with desperation and the desire to achieve my dream 🦊 But today, after such a long time, I finally shed tears of joy. 🏇🏻I can already see people moaning about Cheltenham and its prices. Don’t leave it until the last minute to book, as at present the prices are reasonable. I’ve got the week hotel for £450, booked just last week in Gloucester in a 4 star hotel with spa. (£225 for a week between me and my pal, 3 beds so could have been even cheaper) It’s £18 in Uber to the course between us! My flights - £57 return to Newcastle with EasyJet. Tickets are at the lowest price now!! and stagger in price up to the Festival. **There is a 18-28 concession too, plus 20% off multiple day purchases at present. If you don’t want the hassle of sorting then Venatour Sports Travel are working with the The Jockey Club to make accommodation/travel/ticket packages cheaper and accessible to more… I’ve used them before and it’s friendly, stress free and great trips. ✅ So don’t wait until Festival week and cry on about prices when it can be done cheap enough. (*In the context of a Festival and event!) - half those moaning I know haven’t even been to Cheltenham! And those papers reporting huge prices just need headlines, you just need to shop about. Also can’t wait for the boring - 😴 “Willie has too many runners”, “it’s not the same as years ago”, “the burgers cost too much” - stop crying on about a £1 or two, stop comparing to Ascot in the summer with a Saturday crowd etc, stop living in the past, and live in the moment! Who paid for operation Yachin? US based HIAS (Hebrew immigration aid society), which financed approximately $50 million of costs. HIAS Is funded through tax payers and private financiers. About 90,000 to 97,000 Moroccan Jews left for Israel by plane and ship from Casablanca and Tangier via France and Italy. $500,000 was paid as a downpayment, plus $100 per emigrant for the first 50,000 Moroccan Jews, and then, $250 per emigrant thereafter. How were Jews treated in Morocco before they moved to Israel? Jews lived very well in Morocco, while rumors of recession and poor treatment of Sephardic Jews in Israel disheartened many would be emigrants to Israel. Once they got to Israel, Moroccan Jews were exploited for hard labour to build infrastructure projects such as the Dead Sea Works (mining project) in desert heat during the summer at around 45 degrees Celsius, and they built a pipeline project from the Jordan river. Academia, for example, seems about as woke in 2026 as it was in 2021. But in elite media, and across the professional-managerial class more broadly, the climate has improved somewhat. In 2020, the far left gained control of many institutions and saw an opportunity to rapidy advance its agenda. But the overreach produced a backlash, culminating in part in Trump’s election in 2024. Since then, there appears to have been a period of partial retreat and self-reflection. Still, I do not think woke politics has disappeared permanently. It is better understood as being in hibernation. This is what many people misunderstand. In 2020, activists were digging up social media posts from 2009 and judging them by the progressive moral standards of the present. Today, some people assume we have passed peak woke, so they feel free to speak their minds without consequence. But they may not realize that, in 2033, woke politics could return in a new form. The people back in power may search through posts from 2026 and say, “You wrote this six or seven years ago. We are in charge again, and now you will be held accountable.” The ideology may be less visible for the moment, but the institutions, incentives, and habits that sustained it have not necessarily gone away.

Recently, through an interview with the American music magazine Rolling Stone, he opened up about his music, acting, and the reflections he had during military service. It was filled with another side of Kim Taehyung as a person, different from the glamorous image seen on stage. In this interview, V clearly revealed his own philosophy toward acting and music. What was interesting is that he does not see acting and music as separate fields. V said that he approaches both acting and music with the same mindset, showing his determination not to be confined to just one genre. In fact, many of us still strongly remember his appearance in the drama Hwarang, but he shared his ambition to experience more diverse genres and roles in the future. There were about three to four years when I was attacked every single day on social media, in person, in direct messages. I faced so much, and it made me who I am today. I’ve dealt with so many rumors too, with people saying things, ordering things I don’t even understand. It almost made me stop moving forward. I built a book. Not a PDF viewer. A real, skeuomorphic hardcover book that lives in the browser. The idea started with a simple question: What if reading a digital book actually felt like reading a real one? Since I've worked on book app designs before, I was curious to see how Claude would respond to one of those ideas that starts out sounding a little unrealistic. At first, I only wanted to recreate the experience of opening a book and flipping through its pages. Then one idea became another. I added: • Real page-flipping interactions with sound • Text highlighting in multiple colors • A voice reader • Reading reminders that continue from where you left off • Bookmarks to save important pages to share with friends later Then I thought about one of the biggest frustrations with large books. Flipping through hundreds of pages just to find page 287 isn't fun. So I added a page entry feature. Type a page number, and the book automatically flips through the pages until it gets there, just like a real book in motion. There are still more ideas I want to explore, but this was one of those projects where I kept building as the ideas came to mind. Curiosity led me here, and I like where it is taking me! I did a thing. Today is my last day as a full-time employee. After working as a principal designer for large corporations, I left my six-figure salary job to start my skincare brand. It's a passion project that started almost two years ago, using my evenings and weekends studying and researching everything I could find about cosmetics formulation and skin chemistry. My journey started with a personal motivation: I wanted to help my mum manage her psoriasis. I explored various options to create products that didn't contain harsh ingredients, fragrances, or preservatives that could worsen her flare-ups. Oh, and it all started in my kitchen: mixing over 50 formulations, performing lab tests, damaging the skin on my face more than once (learning the hard way, literally), looking through thousands of ingredients, and begging manufacturers to let me try their actives free of charge. As I've been self-funding this project from the start, I put all the money towards the formula, leaving nothing else for the website, packaging and social media marketing, so I've had to do all of that by myself. I've recorded a brief video with the help of a friend to tell my story to the world.

And he had studied communism and written books about communism back in the sixties and stuff. And he was curious Because if you remember back in 1989, the Berlin Wall had come down, and everyone was saying communism is dead. It's over. Then in 91 in December, the Soviet Union dissolved. ‌ And so this is 6 months later, the summer of 92, and the Communist Party USA is having a meeting. So he asked me to go out to this meeting. He said, would you go out there and just see what they're talking about? Because we we won. This thing's over. ‌ And so I went to that. And for 3 days, I sat there in breakout sessions and lectures and and listened to these hardcore communists. And and one thing shocking about it too, I thought it'd be college radical since it was at Berkeley, so I dressed like a college radical with some radical t shirt on it. I walk into the autumn the auditorium, there's 14 or 1,500, 50, 60, and 70 year olds with briefcases. And I thought, woah. ‌ This is actually serious. It's not just some radicals. And many of those exact people, as I researched them later, ended up being in Obama's cabinet in 2008. And that's what motivated me to make movie because I rise these are the people that were at this communist meeting with me back back in 1992. But at that meeting, they laid out this plan how they wanted to take America down from the inside. ‌ They were gonna focus all their energies on that now. They've been focusing on it for a while, but they realized they could never outspend America because capitalism, free enterprise is so successful. And they kind of that woke them up. Okay. We gotta go to plan b. ‌ They they just keep building more and more. And, of course, we had all the years of Reagan where he'd really built the military up, so they realized We're in trouble here. Um, and so that's what they talked about to me and how they were going to do that from the inside, and I didn't think that much about it, went on with my life.
