In 69-05 we didn't have a "ceremony" to act like a bunch of 10th grade fools. They put up a list on the wall. That was it. We were going to war.

Definitely the A-10. Just bad ass and has to be fun to fly.

I graduated UPT in Sept 1974. One day in late July/early August, we came into the flight room and our names and assignments were written on the blackboard. Ho-hum and back to work.

V-22 Osprey:

As a fledgling, I was assigned my last choice…the mighty BUFF. Best thing that ever happened to me! Savor the PRIVILEGE of participating in aviation. There is no bad assignment. Enter that sacred hall with gratitude.🤩

Michelle Ingle was apparently flying one of the F-15Es shot down over Kuwait.

Shit, just give me any plane that has decent cockpit cooling. I’m not about sweating my balls off anymore. Too old for that.

F-15, same as I picked in 1976.

Harrier

The brr brt, aka warthog 😁

C-5 ... you get to fly Dog Sh!t out of Hong Kong

Raptor, and or A10.

There’s a few I’d like to fly. But one things for sure; I wouldn’t jump up and down like a 6 year old.

A -10 , A Galaxy transport vliegtuig, of misschien een belga.

Something about the A-10 that really would appeal to me. Screaming eagle.

B2

A10s the absolute best....... From the ground perspective....

aaah that is why they are called jump suits

this is so stupid they are happy for anything they get.....the whole show have no point

A10💀

Spitfire

The A-10 because of its mission.

2000

B2 bomber pilot be like- 0 or 1 million kill

with all due respect to my friends at Dassault, I want to drive F-15 Eagle

Being chosen for the T38, doesnt that basically mean you need more training ? Lol

F-16

absolutely horrible... fake enthusiasm is worse than none at all

Mirage 2000

B1B 🫡😎

I fully love these videos but my honest favourite one it the lad who gets the B-2, claps and just holds it down. I know you've all seen that lad.

Pilots acting like frat kids from day one. Typical officer behavior …

These were the best days. The buildup and emotion was intense

My Father was shot down in a Blenheim Mk IV over France in 1940 at 19, and spent the rest of the war Asa POW. Would love to have a flight in a Blenheim.

🙏☺️
