@IkejaElectric @NigAirForce Nigeria is really a jungle! The military & most, if not all paramilitary do not pay utility bills in Nigeria, though such payments are captured in the budgets every year. We all know what happens to such provisions. When actns are taken against them, they resort to this behavior.

The Minister should be flogged, nt d hapless workers who ar only obeying orders. The Airforce men ar wrong, should be probed.
