Only issue in high school is the wide hashes. I feel like 3x1 is almost vital running this system at this level.

Did you have the #1 pass offense with only these plays and formations that season or did you eventually add in trips and open flip, Rita and Lisa, etc?

OF Jaden Gustafson (Wichita State Baseball) is an under the radar name to keep tabs on this spring. Hit .296/.367/.403 last spring with 15 XBH and followed with an outstanding summer in the Jayhawk League in which he posted a .391/.439/.626 slash line with 11 2B, 2 3B, 4 HR, 32 RBIs and 12 BB to just 2 Ks across 115 at-bats. Athletic frame at 6'3" and 215-lbs with particular strength in his lower-half. Stands upright in the box with a high handset and slightly open front side. Will drop/drift his hands a bit in his load, but Gustafson has plenty of hand speed. Small-strider. Compact operation in which he takes a relatively direct path to contact. Has shown the ability to adjust. Gustafson has double-plus bat-to-ball skills, and last season he posted an 87% overall contact rate and a 93% overall IZ contact rate (94% against FB). He also possesses advanced pitch recognition skills and swing decisions, and last year his overall chase rate was 24%. Very few swings outside of the shadow zone. Gustafson uses the entire field, but has a particular knack for going the opposite way. Barrel skills are also advanced. The most intriguing part about Gustafson in my eyes is his potential power upside. That might sound a little strange considering he has 0 collegiate HRs, but he's a strong kid with some present impact (90th EV of 103, Max of 104.3) and whose AirPull% last spring was a minuscule 7.7%. The bat and hand speed is there, and I'll be curious to see what will happen if he can get the ball up in the air more. Even if he can just start pulling the ball more. Gustafson is a great athlete who profiles best in a corner OF spot. Can go and get it, and he's got North-to-South range as well gap-to-gap range. Arm is fringy, but the athleticism certainly plays. Carved out an every day role as a Freshman and collected 18 XBH with 43 RBIs, but had a breakout summer on the Cape to the tune of a .327/.426/.376 slash line with 13 RBIs in 29 games. Carried that momentum over into last season where he hit .335/.402/.471 with 14 2B, 5 HRs, 54 RBIs and 28 SB. Earned an invitation to Team USA, but had a strong 15-game stint on the Cape and hit .321/.361/.536 with 6 2B, 2 HRs and 9 RBIs. Strong, athletic build at 5'11" and 193-lbs with plenty of natural strength. Stands fairly tall in the box with his knees slightly bent and a tight base with a slightly open front side. Austin has lowered his handset a bit since last spring, and he now has more of a medium-high handset. Barrel tip in his load is accompanied by his hands drifting. High leg kick leads into a rather lengthy stride. Quick hands and easy plus bat speed. Athletic look, rotates well. Austin's hit tool has taken positive strides since the start of his college career, and last year he posted an overall contact rate of 82% and an IZ contact rate of 91% (including 94% against FB). Present feel for the barrel. Approach and swing decisions still need some fine-tuning, and Austin is susceptible to FBs in the top and outer-1/3 as well as secondaries down-and-away. Very pull-oriented approach. Would give it a 50, probably closer to a 55 than a 50. Austin's also a strong kid with more impact in the tank than his 12 career HRs might suggest. All of his HR power has come to the pull side, but he needs to get the ball up in the air more. Posted a Max EV of 110 last spring. There are some ingredients to work with here, but has to lift the baseball on a more regular basis. Power plays as a 45 in-game. Has had limited experience in the OF to this point, but will roam CF this spring for Vanderbilt. Got a fair amount of run out there this summer on the Cape. Austin's speed and athleticism both translate to the position—he can go and get it—but the reads and route running will need refinement. Fringe-average arm. Snapple Facts 1. Never recruited by Ohio State. 2. I was so confident in my ability as a player that I called OSU up and told them I was committing to their school without an offer. They didn’t say yes or no. Tressel laughed and was like … “I guess”. 3. The whole “graduate in January” from high school started from me trying to graduate my junior year. I had so much success my junior year that I said I didn’t want to return my senior year and that I wanted to go to college. I couldn’t graduate because I didn’t have all of my English credits. I took my senior English class in the summer of my junior year and that positioned me to leave after senior year of football. Once I knew I was good I was on a mission to get to college because Youngstown was so wild. 4. I was 4th on the depth chart up until 2 weeks before the season. I played a lot of special teams and scout team. Scout team was how I got better. I never knew that our defense would be #1 in the country that year. I had an entire spring/fall practicing against them. That’s what ultimately made me better. Scout team reps are gold to a wise man and trash to a player with an ego. Reps get you better… doesn’t matter if it’s scout team or with the ones. You need reps to gain experience and wisdom. 5. I talk passionately about player compensation because me not being able to afford a transmission for my car ultimately altered my collegiate experience. I helped generate 10’s of millions of dollars to a college in many ways but couldn’t pay $2k to get a car fixed to get back and forth to school. That sent me searching for alternatives. When you generate that much money you shouldn’t be in a position to have to search alternative ways…. That’s why I’m happy for NIL but we still have a long way to go with distribution of revenue in the collegiate space. 6. Football was and still is a means to an end for a lot of us players. Following a productive Freshman season and summer, Conrad had an outstanding Sophomore year to the tune of a .389/.467/.704 slash line with 18 2B, a nation-leading 13 3B, 9 HR, 52 RBIs and 17 SB. His hot hitting didn't stop there, though, as on the Cape this summer he was both an All-Star (ASG MVP) and All-League selection after hitting .385/.433/.486 with 5 2B, 2 HR, 19 RBIs, and 19 SB. Conrad has an athletic, big league frame at 6'3" and 200-lbs. Simple setup in the box in which he stands fairly upright—albeit slightly hunched over—with a medium-high handset and holds the bat flat over his back shoulder. Minimal load, leg lift leads into a small stride. Conrad takes a direct path to contact and his barrel accelerates through the zone. Hand speed is above-average. It's a very compact, repeatable and under control operation. He has plus bat-to-ball skills and is consistently on the barrel. Last spring he ran an overall IZ contact rate of 91%, including 90% against FB and 94% against both SL and CH. Head to The Drydocks and lower The Crane, this will allow you to wall jump and interact with the tip of the ship to pick up the Chain Link 2. Next, Head to Storm Bridge and pick up Chili Chunks behind the truck next to Deadshot 3. Place Chili Chunks on the table in the middle of the Skalen Market 4. Next, Head to Burial Grounds left-side door and interact with the keyhole. 5. Interact with the door again and hold it to open the door and to unlock the underground area. 6. This will spawn a Zursa Bear during a special round (starting the second special round) you need to kill him and he will drop The Lantern 7. Place The Lantern in the center of the Underground Room in Burial Grounds. 8. Constellations will appear around the wall. Interact with them as they’re shown on the table in this order: left, right, back, front. 9. Once completed, Astrid will appear and talk, she will then travel to different areas of the map. She will occasionally stop and you will need to kill frost zombies next to her. 10. Once all the Soulboxes are completed an Obstacle Course will form on the outside of The Lighthouse, climb to the top by Jumping / Wall Jumping up 11. Once you reach the top, Listen to the Astrid talk and pick up The Jotunn Star Wundersignal: 1. After completing Jotun Star Quest Head to The Lighthouse and inside on a shelf there will be a Crowbar 2. There are Multiple Wooden Boxes around the map with red IDs on the bottom right corner of the front of the box in red (for example III-6) use The Crowbar on the Wooden Box that has the Roboterteile ID (the IDs are on the shipping manifest in the War Factory Admin Room), this will give Flak Gun Round War Factory Core Foundry Fjord Road Dry Dock 3. Head to Turret Gun beside The Lighthouse and place Flak Gun Round then melee with Jotunn Star 4. Next, Head to The Robot Head in spawn and interact with it to search broken piece to get The Transmitter 5. Go to Tyr’s Head and place it inside the Wall Machine thingy at the top of the Ladder 6. Next, whilst inside of Tyr’s Head underneath the balcony there are 3 white lights, 2 of these lights will blink, count how many times it blinks -Both lights will remain on, There is the sound of a light turning on to indicate the start of a new light flashing cycle where both lights will flash at the same time to a certain count (for example left 2, right 5). Both lights will be on and then it will flash another set (for example left 6, right 4). (Unsure if these 2 combos have to be put into console in order but correct entry will give two different voicelines.) After entering one correctly you will be kicked out to hear voiceline and can re-enter console to input the 2nd shortly afterwards. 7. Now head to Core Foundry, and use a molotov to burn the ascender to access the consoles. 8. Ascend and interact with the consoles, The next part is timed and has a cooldown if you fail - you need to Calibrate the Amplitude and Frequency using the flashing light code. 9. Once this has been done head to the room Next to the Radio Tower and pick up The Wunderbarrage Controller Atomkraft Core 1. Find three uraniums: Uranium #1 Find the Fishing Rod (Olaf’s Personal Item) locations: - Dry Dock - Storm Bridge - Fishery Island - Beacon island Look for a Glowing Green Fish jumping around the water at each Fishing Location and use the Fishing Rod at that location once you see it Fishing Locations: Eidskallen Landing x2 Beacon Island x2 Eidskallen Square x2 Dry Dock (found one so far) Fishery Island x2 Tyr’s Foot (found one so far) Once the fish is caught it will spawn an Irradiated Ravager (HVT) that will disappear and respawn somewhere else, chase it down and kill it (check your map to see its location, it shows up as an HVT). It will drop a Uranium. Uranium #2 Next, Craft an ARC-XD (there is one for free in Eidskallen Square on top of a box near the flame trap, you can get it by fishing as well) and melee the vent at Core Foundry to the left of the zipline to open the Secret ARC-XD Course. Blow up the boat full of barrels. Once the course is completed the 935 Genetic Lab room will be open and another Uranium x2 will be inside a Prison Cell There are several Jars with Heads inside in this room, all labelled A,B,C,D,E Look down the Hallway inside the Lab and note which numbered rooms have Nuclear Symbols 1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, 4 = D and 5 = E Take one Jar at a time that corresponds with the Numbers next to Nuclear Symbols and place them on the machine to the right of the cell door, once the correct jars are placed the Jar on the left side of the machine will glow purple and you can pick up acid There is a Big Chunk of Meat on a desk next to multiple drawings in the same Room, interact with it, then Pick up The Necrospike Once you have The Necrospike, use it on the Prison Cell Door, this will trigger a lockpick mini game. Spin the lockpick until the lock turns white 3x to unlock the cell, then pick up the second Uranium. Uranium #3 Next you need to craft or obtain the Glocke Drop, once you have one call it in, then shoot 20 mid-air zombies it throws up. This will drop the third and final Uranium. 2. At the Dry Dock, you need to call a WunderBarrage (unlocked by completing Wundersignal steps) in on the “02 Building” at Dry Dock (where there’s debris on the stairs), this will open the stairs to the Machine Workshop. 3. Inside The Workshop there is a Claw Machine which you can place all of The Uranium inside of and play a mini-game. -Have a big group of 7 cores and a small group of 2 cores. 4. Once you complete the Mini-game you will be able to pick up The Atomkraft Core (Note: you drop if you zipline, and cant sprint with it) 5. Head to Quick Revive and place The Atomkraft Core on generator next to quick revive. Go into the shed behind quick revive and turn on the generator. You must now defend the The Atomkraft Core until it’s charged. In interrupted you must turn on the generator again to continue. 6. Take the The Atomkraft Core to the barrel on the Storm Bridge and a Mini-Cutscene will play between the Giant and The Robot. Vegvisir 1. After the cutscene finishes, The Dravakar Shard will spawn at Tyr’s Foot, pick it up 2. Pick it up and place the Shard inside the Bloodheim Hall on the bonfire 3. Use WW range attack to light the fire 4. Use Disciple Injection (there should be a free one around the map) and throw zombies into the bonfire (I only had to throw four) 5. A lockdown will start. Kill the boss zombie and pick up the Sunstone from the bonfire 6. Put the Sunstone in the church and do a range WW attack on it. 7. Around the map, there will now be floating rocks and runes. Above the church there will now be a compass with runes and arrows. -Shoot the floating rune rocks with the ranged WW in the order of the arrow lines. If an arrow has 1 line, then that's the first one. If an arrow has 2 lines, that's the second one, etc. 8. Go into Tyr's Head and interact with the console to start the boss fight.
