Not new in tata cars. People Incline towards tata cars due to aggressive marketing by youtubere about safety and features although these does not have use if vehicle is faulty.

It’s normal in Tatas, theres no need to be shocked. This is usual business for them and with time it gets normalised with customers as well

Don’t buy Tata just becoz of their safety ratings. Had a horrendous experience with the new Tata safari. Reclaimed my life by selling it.
