There is no way to know the pool table was used more than once. 1 or 100 uses would have the same rearrangement. It is illegal to have cameras interior of the property. They have hidden cameras and could be charged as well as banned on airbnb. But, I suspect this is just a staged clickbait video.

In most cases hotels are better. Use Airbnb only for groups.
