Airline won't allow passengers to fly. Thoughts?

Their bags clearly fit. Just another grift on an airline’s part again.

They absolutely fit. The first bag is made to fit those compartments and the second could count as a handbag. Should just say it’s going under the seat.

Note to self: don’t fly Frontier Airlines

FRONTIER is the worst airline I ever almost flew with! Please help me spread this story about Frontier! I will NEVER use FRONTIER again! My girlfriend and I missed our flight in Las Vegas on October 8th 5:02pm because we arrived at the desk ONE minute too late, despite standing in line for 70 minutes (with just 40 people infront of us) When we finally reached the desk to drop off our checked bag, they told us they couldn’t accept it because we were too late! They offered us new plane tickets for $550 that we had to pay for, but we declined. I have emailed the helpdesk three times, giving them our whole stoy and demanded that they reimburse us for the new tickets (from another airline), but they refuse! The worst part is, 15-20 other people missed their flight that same hour as we did! A single mom with two kids was crying. A man was literally furious, running back and forth, yelling angry insults. A larger group of 5-6 friends also missed their flight, and many more! All of this happened because the baggage drop was so slow. There were only about 30-40 people waiting to drop off bags, but it took them like 10 minutes per bag. They had only 3 counters open, and the staff seemed to do almost nothing! I would highly recommend NEVER using FRONTIER Airlines! Their staff was unhelpful, angry, incredibly slow, and overall frustrating. Please help me spread the word everywhere!
