Fire the whole padres front office staff and go out and sign the rays front office staff. Just imagine if the rays front office had the blank check Preller has has been giving for yrs they would've won a few championships.

He needs to go... He's had PLENTY of time, but his teams are all the same.

New ownership needs to take a really hard look at the whole organization. Preller has locked this team in to some ridiculous long and expensive contracts with players underperforming. Plus he had gutted the minors. Zero titles, time to move on.
