Check the movements of this 2 guys... They were communicating. The guy with the black shirt run together with the gun man. The the guy on the white shirt and interrogate him.

Everything is centered on the hug guy, the movement was calculated, the body guards were not even aware and the shot was at very close range and the shooter aimed the most dangerous spot just for one shot to kill at the end the body guard was even shocked and he failed to react.
