To preserve a culture, you must continually study the books and ideas that created it. If the schools and universities won't teach the great texts of Western Civilization, we will do it ourselves. If this sounds like something you'd like to be part of, please join. We read a new classic together every month, and meet biweekly to discuss. Our group is studying the great texts and ideas upon which Western Civilization was built, in dialogue with each other. We're reading what our ancestors read. We recognize that a true education forms a mind to contemplate ultimate Truth, Goodness, and Beauty. We tackle a new classic text from the Western canon every 4-6 weeks, and meet biweekly to discuss. We're about to start Aristotle's Nicomachean Ethics. If you'd like to be a part of this, please join our reading group and consider a paid subscription.
