Jackson seemed to reply to what he thought that Brennan had in his head. Not what he actually said. He said nothing about the jury. Why did Alan address that? Is he trying to get ahead of something?

Hank Brennan is theoretically a defense attorney, but who would hire him after he not only prosecuted a case, but did so with questionable ethical judgment? That murder charge was out of bounds.
