The Democrats are causing the loss of a LOT of jobs! It's their shutdown, not ours." Chuck Schumer does not like this news.

ALERT: Family of 17-year-old who died of a heart condition after drinking 6 Alani Nu’s (1200mg of caffeine) a day, blames energy drink and is suing the distributor. Larissa Nicole Rodriguez passed away in October, and the family is filing a suit for wrongful death. Benny Agosto Jr., her family’s attorney, stated at a news conference that the Hidalgo County medical examiner determined that her cause of death “was an enlarged heart due to stress and large amounts of caffeine.” Agosto said Alani Nu energy drinks “had inadequate warnings about the serious cardiac risks that this product brings.” She allegedly drank up to 6 of the drinks a day. The family is suing Glazer’s Beer and Beverage and Glazer’s Beer and Beverage of Texas.
