I used a translator to say Happy New Year, that my solo music video had been released and that I’d just call him “Hyung” for ease. I said I had gotten a lot of inspiration from him and asked him to watch it if he had time, so I sent him a DM. I get a lot of motivation and inspiration from so many people, and if I were to receive a message like that, I think I’d really like it. someone commented that says “work has been really hard these days” and this is what jungwon said to comfort them. 🐈: in times like that, you shouldn’t think too deeply, you have to think lightly. when you’re stressed or dealing with overwhelming tasks, i think, “this won’t kill me anyway”. even when i have back to back all-night schedules, i think, “i won’t die. am i going to die from doing this?” that kind of thing. these days, when i’m doing concerts, i hypnotize myself into thinking i’m strong. even when i go to work out i’m like, “can’t i do this? just go for it.” that’s the vibe i go with. 🐈: honestly, there are tough moments during concerts, but if i let myself slack off there, i can’t forgive myself. i can’t let myself think i’m going to lose to this so i go with the mindset of, “i’ll show them”. if i didn’t think like that, i wouldn’t be able to keep up with concerts for months. it’s about self-hypnosis, telling myself i’m strong.

Hint??? 🧡 : Something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately is that I feel like I want to try new things I’ve never done before. I mean, while I still can and before I get any older, I want to do everything I’m capable of doing now. Recently, I’ve kept thinking that I really need to try acting in a historical drama (sageuk). I just want to give it a try so I won’t be left wondering about it or regretting it later. If I think about it, if I were to act in a historical drama someday, would it be better to play a king or a general? 🦊 “tell us if you’re going through a hard time” okay 🦊 i’ll be honest, it’s been tough these days 🦊 i’ve been going through a very hard time since ‘no labels: part 01’ ended and from the award show season till now…it’s been hard throughout and i also experienced burn out in the middle 🦊 i have a lot on my mind these days but i can’t seem to organize my thoughts 🦊 so i’ve been talking to a lot of people and having conversations with people, trying to organize my thoughts 🦊 i’ve been facing sides of myself that i had been avoiding and that i hadn’t been looking at 🦊 i think i’m getting healthy and recovering in my own cool way 🦊 i know that this pain right now is really meaningful and in a way, it’s a positive kind of pain so i think it’s good 🦊 if i can, i’d like to tell you in detail someday but that’s what’s been on my mind 🦊 but don’t worry, i’ll tell you when i’m going through a hard time 🦊 i’ve been trying to do that, i think i was really suppressing myself so i’ve been trying to open myself up and let go…that’s the way i’ve been trying to live these days
