alas........... Rockman.EXE has been deleted

It hit harder in the dub , at that point it was rare to hear anything being deleted.

This was a complete and utter shock to me as a kid. Like, I knew obviously they were gonna find a way to bring him back eventually, but the fact they were willing to ACTUALLY DELETE MEGAMAN for a brief time was BOLD, not even the games tried that!

Poor sweet Netto got traumatized :(

I kinda hate how the dub decided to add music when Megaman gets deleted with everyone speaking in disbelief when it was so much more powerful when we had the dead silence there

I feel this scene alone is why MegaMan and Lan being brothers is a game-only thing

One shot evolved!

this messed up so many kids back in the day. it's crazy how often this show got emotional. the completion of this arc is what made this into one of my favorite anime of all time. (and the follow up is honestly my favorite season since EXE 2 was my fav game.)

Coulda just used the Mettaur Shield SMH

Or a backup! Oh wait that only existed in BN1

GAME OVER

Netto’s yell at the end, Jeez even in the dub, he said “No!”

de… lee… tion…

And that's cause he took one for Blues.

Anime PharaohMan was so cool.

Yup Pharaohman.Exe has made his grand appearence

Noooo, this still hurts 😭

Is this what their original names were? Rockman, Blues, and Netto? Not Megaman, Protoman, and Lan?

Yeap, Lan and other names are their localized names for the series in general even the games

God I remember when this sbit happened in the dub when I was younger. I was so distraught that they didnt dub any newer episodes and went straight back to reruns

GASP!!! Also, HOW DARE PHAROHMAN TRAUMATIZE THE SUPER ULTRE PERFECT GREAT NET SAVER SO!?!?!?

This episode lived rent free in my head for years. Couldn't believe the show had the balls to kill off their main character.

Has he been eliminated? ...did he die?
