This might as well be a skit on Comedy Central, because Albany is an absolute joke.

What the actual F? It is insanity allowing an insane and violent man to remain out and about targeting a certain demographic for violence. And Chief Wiggums here thinks equating ticketing someone who owns a vehicle (and who may not have even been behind the wheel in that instance- but the camera saw all, and it's ironclad proof somehow) that committed a V&T infraction is fine, but arresting a suspect ON VIDEO assaulting at least 2 people is a bridge too far. Make it make sense.

Why can they arrest someone for child abuse or domestic violence without the victim coming forward

So youre telling me if someone hypothetically murders someone on video with their face visible but no one comes forward to press charges the police cant arrest him and keep him in jail? BS

You and Gov hochal should be held liable for his next attack. He committed hates crimes on video and you can’t arrest him? Feckless and weak

That's still not true, they arrest people all the time off off camera footage without a report. I know for a fact they can I worked in and out of the district attorneys office for over a decade.

Give it 6 months, tops, and there will be blood on the streets of Albany at the hands of this violent criminal. We see it in the news every day, in cities all over the nation that do nothing but catch and release. Surprised they even bothered to do a press conference. 🙄

Said another way. Albany and their stormtroopers are only interested in taking money from motorists.

Translation. The purpose of speed cameras is to generate revenue. Generating revenue is more important than public safety

The more he talks, the worse he sounds. He wouldve been better off not filming anything

So I guess video video of a crime is no longer evidence in a court room. Crimestoppers is useless then too. It's going to be all fun and games til somebody gets severely hurt or killed or he runs into the wrong person and meets the same fate

Regardless of who the driver is, you punish the owner of the vehicle for a speed camera infraction. The fine is commensurate with a crime that the owner may not have even committed. Devin is caught on camera; repeatedly, yet no commensurate punishment. Your explanation sucks.

So you can't use video as evidence to convict a guy beating up innocent people in the street? What if citizens took matters into their own hands with this guy, and took video of it? I'm willing to bet the video would be used in THEIR trial...

Other states moving forward with holding these losers responsible for the criminals they release on our streets.

Because they can’t identify the driver to issue a uniform traffic ticket only a police officer on a Velor traffic stop can do that so the state decided to make it a civil penalty against the registration. That’s the explanation.

Gonna be real clear here. If I'm walking down S Pearl and this guy comes near me, he's taking a knife to the kidney. I refuse to live in fear. The "school cameras" are just your pathetic revenue generating to cover up all of the fraud.

Anarchotyranny, the normal law abiding citizen who speeds once gets the full hammer of the law thrown down on them. But the repeat, known, felon who's committing felonies gets protected and allowed to continue his assaults in the name of civil rights /constitutional rights.
