@ABDanielleSmith Wow. That lack of self awareness in this video is impressive. Teachers like you becoming a big problem in our education system. You are a prime example of why this bill is necessary. In your video you will misconstrue facts to fit your narrative, that’s a real problem.

@ABDanielleSmith Are you up for a good faith discussion on my podcast? I won't edit it - and we can discuss the job of a teacher, case studies of biased work and implications for education

@ABDanielleSmith Here’s my concern. While I believe you would do it in good faith, once we all discover that academics don’t do a lot of studies on the failures of academics in class rooms I think you would use that as a just a big gotcha moment saying I have no empirical data to back my claim.

@ABDanielleSmith PS - if you don't like the discussion I won't air it

@ABDanielleSmith When I grew up we knew our teachers names. And that was about it. Its become way to much to push on children. We need to remove the politics & sexual issues being pushed on little children. And Alberta is doing that.

@ABDanielleSmith Oh look, another leftist meltdown by the spiky haired weirdo…..Shocker.

@ABDanielleSmith Care to come on my podcast and debate these very issues? Outside of hair envy maybe you can hold my ideas to account - want to give it a go?

oh, there’s no hair envy. Adults stopped doing stupid shit like that in their teens. I stopped watching your childish meltdown when you falsely tried to relate the term “instructional neutrality” with “capitulation”….. The ATA, the administration in it, and the educators that support the nonsense it’s pushing have completely abandoned their roles in order to take up leftist activism. That first 30 seconds is all the proof I need that you have no interest in good faith discussions. You have a seething hatred for conservatism. And now you’re pissed that you can’t push your political beliefs on kids. I get it.

@unlearn16tweet @ABDanielleSmith It’s so revealing when you attribute a hatred of conservative values to her while you mock her hair and rant. Who truly embodies hate here is quite obvious.

@unlearn16tweet @ABDanielleSmith I’ve espoused no “hate”. As far as the hair goes; it’s clearly a desperate call for undeserved attention. The red eraser head fad died decades ago. My “rant” as you called it was on point. I can’t help it if reality hurts your overly sensitive feelings.

@unlearn16tweet @ABDanielleSmith Turning her hairstyle into some kind of psychological issue is ridiculous and says far more about your own shortcomings than hers. Frankly, I couldn’t care less about your rant, but someone like Joana doesn’t deserve to be attacked in /1

@unlearn16tweet @ABDanielleSmith such a stupid way by a low-IQ person like you seem to be. At the end of the day, your petty, childish rant is just embarrassing.

@unlearn16tweet @ABDanielleSmith The only embarrassing thing about this conversation is your complete lack of relevant arguments.

@ABDanielleSmith This retard is a perfect example of why parents push for school options. It's why I pulled my kids several times (about to do it again) in favor of online, and we fired online teachers too. Too many activists using the position to indoctrinate/groom children to their ideology.

@ABDanielleSmith Are you up for a good faith debate/discussion on the topic of education and bias?

@ABDanielleSmith 😆. I've seen enough of your stuff on here to know you couldn't have a "good faith" debate with anyone on these topics. You can't even be non-partisan in the classroom, that's why you're here and hostile to the legislation.

@ABDanielleSmith You forgot your land acknowledgment at the commencement of your diatribe.

@ABDanielleSmith You really don't know me at all do you?

@ABDanielleSmith Hon? Wow, you are a condescending "teacher". Stay in Ontario. Please. A flag based on sexual preference does not belong in a classroom of minors. You elbows up types are against the anthem now? Curriculum does not require ideology to teach facts. You imply test scores 1/

@ABDanielleSmith Grow up. You look ridiculous for your age.

@ABDanielleSmith The person in this video exemplifies exactly why many young people have been brainwashed into believing the lies of Liberal & NDP Socialist Woke agendas are good for them. As a result young people can't afford a home & debt servicing payments in cUNada exceed health care funding.

@ABDanielleSmith I'm sorry, have you heard me promoting the NDP or Liberals? Have you seen a video speaking to their platforms as sufficient?

@MLatikainen @ABDanielleSmith It’s not so much about your affiliation with a particular party, More so about the fact that you’re so ideologically captured by anti-colonial intersectionality/identity politics/marxism stuff. The best thing we can do going forward is figure out how to divorce each other

@MLatikainen @ABDanielleSmith Isn't claiming Alberta sovereignty and distinct culture identity politics?

@staggerleez @ABDanielleSmith Nope, it is not. Alberta separation is all about divorcing the WEF Socialists that are in control of Alberta's destiny. Alberta can only achieve self-determination, freedom and prosperity when the people of Alberta control their own direction.

@ABDanielleSmith Where’s your gender equity card you wannabe Justin Beiber?!?!

@ABDanielleSmith *Bieber - don't worry, I'll give you another shot - a poor education demands a little equity.

@ABDanielleSmith You would know HIS spelling… kinda proves my point🤣… Don’t freak out bc I gendered him, but face it you’re Just One Less Lonely GIRL.🎶🎵🎶

@ABDanielleSmith You don't have a say

@Ashleyquig89 @ABDanielleSmith We will see

@ABDanielleSmith Your moving to Alberta? Ontario is pretty far away. Neutral means neither, based, or both sides. Not one side or the teachers ideology. Like when I went to school! Oh wait, I'm older then you 🥺 we learned how to think for ourselves here.

The mere fact you think your teachers and the educational system wasn't biased in the past is hilarious. PS - not sure how old you are since you don't put your identity out there - but I'd hazard a guess I'm closer to your age than you think. Want to test the 'unbiased' reality of your school years?

@ABDanielleSmith Nah. Your not. Anyways, it's true! When I went to school we never ever spoke about politics. It was that simple. The system? Yes. How it worked? Yes. Who did what, yes, but we never knew if our teachers voted one way or another. Now? They wear it.

@Ashleyquig89 @ABDanielleSmith Year? I have never once stated how I vote. So now my clothing dictates who I vote for? Interesting stereotypes you are working with - was prejudice a part of your curriculum in 'the good old days'?

@ABDanielleSmith Well, they have been here. They have been telling this to kids, it's been recorded, documented, and we don't like that. Maybe you haven't and that's wonderful!! I meant wear it, as in, in their teachings. Also dear, I'm good. I stay the way I am on here. I'm just Ashley. 😁

@ABDanielleSmith I've been stalked, threatened, followed, and more on here. We could totally chat in a dm about who I am, but I stay clear from that usually. There are some horrible people online. (Not saying you are, I find you hilarious) I just don't go there.

@ABDanielleSmith Parents have spoken and are the last say. There was a time that students didn’t know what their teachers personal life was. They were taught English, math, social studies and sciences without ideologies attached. Students learned to read, write & think for themselves

@ABDanielleSmith Serious question - did you know your teacher was married?

@deb112452 @ABDanielleSmith I didn’t know my teachers sexual preference, nor their political ideology. And no I did not know if they were married. Are you willing for me to ask you questions and you have to be on a lie detector. Wanna play

@unlearn16tweet @ABDanielleSmith Exactly. And will guarantee you can now read and write! Time to scroll back.

@ABDanielleSmith I'm a uni prof and this insufferable man should not be teaching anyone's kids. I receive them in first year courses at the uni level and the kids are woefully unprepared. I have some of this man's students and they've told me the garbage it tries to force on kids. Fire him now.

@ABDanielleSmith A university professor? Amazing. What school? I would Love the opportunity to sit in on one of your lectures. What do you teach?

@ABDanielleSmith Medicine and ethics Washington State and UCLA. A bit out of reach for your kind.

@ABDanielleSmith I can barely get through these videos, but they’re always the same, sarcasm designed to sound rational. But, all that happens are misrepresentations, strawmen, and oversimplifications. Having two teacher parents, I’ll tell you. They’re not generally very intelligent.

@ABDanielleSmith Which part was irrational?

@ABDanielleSmith The part with you. The part where you add in all your little under your breath quips. The part where you frame the situation in an asinine way stripping context or any part of the actual argument. Your flag part for example. You know full well the “distraction” being argued.

@ABDanielleSmith So you believe that a flag is the most pressing issue facing classroom dynamics and education? Now who is being asinine? I made fun of a non existent argument of a non existent issue - do you think flags are even in the top 50 classroom concerns?

@ABDanielleSmith Is that what I said? Oh, right this is you misrepresenting again. But, I am sure you’re happy to provide evidence that I said flags are the most pressing issue. I’ll wait.

@ABDanielleSmith Nope. I was simply showing why I was making fun of the demand.

@ABDanielleSmith Nope. What you’re doing is what I always see you do. You have your little schtick and think that sarcasm and quips are replacements for actual arguments. You demonstrated in your last post how easy you misrepresent, but also how easy your nonsense breaks down when challenged.

@ABDanielleSmith I used the flags as an example. I even used that word. Your little sarcastic performance about them falling is nonsense distraction. You think it is clever, but you’re just putting on a street corner busking show. You don’t actually have valid arguments so you just perform.

@ABDanielleSmith Sir, you aren’t that funny.

@ABDanielleSmith I'm pretty funny.

@ABDanielleSmith Sure. Like a joke.

@ABDanielleSmith I have the numbers to back up my confidence - do you?

@ABDanielleSmith I may not have your “numbers” or your hostile and sarcastic attitude. Just an FYI…. when you say “Albertan Government” and “Albertan flag”, the people aren’t laughing with you “teacher” they are laughing at you. 😂

@ABDanielleSmith You aren't hostile? Any time you wish to have a good faith debate feel free to reach out

@ABDanielleSmith Debate what? You appear to be aligned with the NDP which espouses communist values. As an Albertan, waving an Alberta flag and pleased with our Alberta government, (see what I did there?) the only thing I hope for is to leave the communist ideology in old Canada.

@ABDanielleSmith Infantalized like a 15 yr old boy with a Rap infatuation. Grow up.

@ABDanielleSmith Imagine letting your children go to school with teachers like this 👆🏻 This groomer doesn't live in Alberta and should not be teaching kids. The eyes and nose scream drug addiction. Get some sleep.

@ABDanielleSmith You again. I can't believe you are a teacher. You're a couple braincells above a lobotomy as far as your information goes.

@ABDanielleSmith Would you like to debate? A full hour dedicated to this topic? No edits - no cuts.

@ABDanielleSmith I would love to

@ABDanielleSmith Thank you for constantly proving exactly why this legislation is necessary.

@ABDanielleSmith You might worry about your own province first….

@ABDanielleSmith I can multitask

I remember my grade 6 teacher talking to our class about the teachers strike that happened at that time. He clearly voiced his own personal bias against Premier Klein, along with his opinion of the austerity measures of the time. Years later in highschool, I realized that he was an asshole for doing so because it was not his place to influence the opinions of his students, his job was to teach us the curriculum and prepare us to preform to the best of our abilities. I can assure you no one in Alberta gives a shit about the opinions of Ontario Subaru Barbie.

@ABDanielleSmith So condescending for someone who struggles with spelling (i.e. separation).

@ABDanielleSmith wow, one straw-they argument after another

@ABDanielleSmith Did you learn how to spell separation yet? Sit down.

@ABDanielleSmith 2 things I noticed quickly-your criticism on point 1 is that she doesn’t actually want ‘neutral’ lesson plans because the students will ultimately criticize the government. Absolute reach imo. Second thing I notice, is like her, you seem ok with your own ideology being taught…

@ABDanielleSmith I think education is filled with ideology and educational theory. My desire isn't to minimize or censor - my drive is to allow education to ask all the questions, tap into all the ideas and feel free to criticize as they go

@ABDanielleSmith Yes I don’t get the impression you would ever try to sensor. I guess we all impart some of our belief system. I think trying to ‘ban woke’ from school is an absurd idea. But I do think there are some teachers (from both sides of the aisle) trying to push an ideology.

@ABDanielleSmith Stick to Math English Science Gym Geography. It's not fkn. Nobody cares or needs to hear about what you like to fuck or your mental illness. Stay away from our children dumdum.

@ABDanielleSmith Politics, world religions, indigenous students, world issues, genetic studies...did you only take the above courses?

@ABDanielleSmith They can learn those from their families. We don't need mentally unstable teachers downloading their ludicrous ideologies onto our children. Just teach the basic courses and leave the kids alone. You obviously have an agenda if you can't wrap your head around that.

@ABDanielleSmith Translation - you support far left indoctrination of students.

@ABDanielleSmith

@ABDanielleSmith Not sure why this is upsetting. Teachers can explain how government works without telling students who to support. They can teach history and discuss political issues without inserting their own opinions.

I remember a Maoist-style shaming circle in my son’s Social Studies, when he was in Grade 11. Through carefully selected questions, the teacher tried to embarrass him into renouncing his core beliefs and values. After that day, he was bullied relentlessly for being the only conservative, pro-life, and Christian student in the class — and quite possibly the only openly conservative student in the entire school. The gay kids were the most cruel. To them, his exposure as a Christian conservative somehow meant he was now a bigot, even though he had been friends with them prior to his teacher turning him into a pariah. I support @ABDanielleSmith in this because it has only gotten worse .Kids need to learn it's okay to be different and to disagree with the teacher.

@ABDanielleSmith Well Hun...Danielle Smith was elected as a conservative politician. So yes, she represents her constituents and leads with conservatives values. Teachers weren't elected to represent a political side...so yes, be neutral or dont teach.

@ABDanielleSmith Teachers would not have a problem with this bill if they were not trying to politically indoctrinate students is the thing.

@ABDanielleSmith So are you saying nothing you teach fits into the outlined principles? Neutral? Fair? No activism?

@ABDanielleSmith Stay away from all children.

@ABDanielleSmith She’s a politician - elected by the majority. You’re a “Teacher”. You can teach facts without pushing ideology. Fact: Communism killed more of its own people in the 20th Century than all the wars did combined.

Grow up Joanna. An educator’s job is to educate not indoctrinate. I’m old enough to remember when teachers didn’t push their political, sexual & personal views on students at any age. We didn’t know if our teachers were single, married, divorced, gay, straight or if male teachers wore women’s panties under their suits. Speaking of suits! We also had teachers who didn’t behave, dress or look like 14 year punk kids getting initiated into a gang. You have that one down to punk gang kid science. Teachers always showed up to class dressed respectfully and professionally. Our libraries had age appropriate books. We stood for O’Canada in the morning & prayed together reciting the Lord’s Prayer. Anyone opposing this bill IS A CHILD ABUSER & should be treated as such.
