This is great news for Alberta! It's kind of hypocritical that Ont and QB are allowed to have their own provincial police for and no one bat's an eye but Alberta wants to do the same and it a big deal. It's only an issue because this would strengthen Alberta's independence

With current technology I'm surprised we don't have live streaming with all officers at all times. Think of the increased safety and response time with actual live stream feeds. Dispatch offices would expand but the degree of safety and connectivity would be huge.

UPDATE: Emergency services arrived on time at the scene. All 3 people trapped have been rescued to the hospital. All in stable condition. The collapsed building has been barricaded by authorities. . Special thanks to the Ogun State Police Command, DSP OLUSEYI BABASEYI, the DPO of Mowe, Ogun State Fire Service, and other emergency services for the quick response.

MAJOR multi agency emergency response after plane calls Mayday over M62 moors before crashing Search and Rescue Helicopter from Hull, the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, the North West Air Ambulance and National Police Air Service helicopter are scouring the Moors around Littleborough this lunchtime after a plane lost contact. The Cirrus SR20 aircraft called Mayday with two people on board just after 1030 this morning over the moors between Manchester and Huddersfield this lunchtime, where air traffic control asked him to emergency land at Leeds Bradford Airport and then Crossland Moor Airfield at Huddersfield. Its is believed the light aircraft crashed before reaching either airfield. Emergency services are now searching the area close to Hollingworth Lake for the aircraft and its occupants. Greater Manchester Police Said; Emergency services responding to light aircraft crash in Littleborough Please see below lines and guidance. Emergency services are responding to reports of a light aircraft crash in the Littleborough area. We are currently in attendance to establish the full circumstances and assess any casualties. A scene is in place whilst emergency service workers conduct their enquiries and people are asked to avoid the area as this work is carried out.
