But she doesn’t agree with the court decision regarding the petition and will be appealing it. “Smith says she wants to add an additional question to the upcoming Alberta referendum on constitutional matters and changes to the immigration system. She says the question will not 'directly trigger separation' but would ask about holding a binding referendum on the matter.”
