@sofiatieegir red cup has entered the chat…

@sofiatieegir What are you talking about? It's a perfect way to get your recommended daily dose of micro-plastics.

@sofiatieegir I find it beyond fascinating how civilization has been conditioned to be fine with "acceptable" poisoning like consuming alcohol and will freak out about other ones like microplastics. You are already fucking yourself doing one. XD

@sofiatieegir pouring poison in your body but worried about mfn microplastics

@sofiatieegir If you really want to do something like this, then apply a food-grade epoxy or polyurethane coating (e.g., ArtResin or Masterbond EP42HT-2FG) to fill gaps and create a smooth, non-porous surface.

@sofiatieegir

@sofiatieegir Yummy, micro plastic shots.

@sofiatieegir In college we drank vodka from plastic bottles. McCormicks.

@sofiatieegir There's quite a lot alcohol stored in plastic bottles tbh. Depends on plastic.

@sofiatieegir Alcohol with essense of plastic, tastes good

@sofiatieegir They do make food grade PLA and PETG filaments.

@sofiatieegir is PLA or any filaments pass for "Food Grade" ?

@sofiatieegir Most of my Vodka comes in PET Plastic bottles. For that matter, so does Nyquil.

@sofiatieegir I'm gonna guess these 3D printer people have the most plastic in their bodies.

@sofiatieegir Most filiment is not foodsafe.

@sofiatieegir At this point, all the plastic we've used, it's gonna take a generation or 10 of non-plastic use to get it out of our system anyway.

@sofiatieegir well...... it also doesnt work if not everyone wants a refill, as well. it's neat - but kinda only works once.

@sofiatieegir Apparently there's a resin you can put on it to make it safe

@sofiatieegir uhhh sorry to inform you but most 1.75L bottles are indeed plastic.

@sofiatieegir Wait til you find out what red solo cups are made of. :O

@sofiatieegir Available here 👇

@sofiatieegir ABS and PETG are cool with alcohol

@sofiatieegir Not every prefers to drink their booze straight out of the bottle Sofia.

@sofiatieegir That print tower is a waste, and no it doesnt give you a better looking outer wall. Turn your part fan up and thats it.

@sofiatieegir paaa @JankySby kupił bym

@sofiatieegir Almost all 3d printing filaments are perfectly fine to use in contact with ethanol. The real issue is cleaning with all those layer lines and liquid getting trapped inside the hollow print. Also, that design on its own already looks like a pain to clean.

@sofiatieegir There are a lot of food-save materials to print out there!

@sofiatieegir Some of the 3d printed plastic isn’t food-safe.

@sofiatieegir PLA is nontoxic and derived from corn. The alcohol will do worse things to you.

@sofiatieegir Many alcoholic drinks come in plastic bottles. Canned drinks, including beer, cider, spritzers, and more recently some wines, are lined with plastics. PLA or ABS? Probably not. But PETG should be fine.

@sofiatieegir Fucking retard. Read some damn books.

@sofiatieegir normaly those bottles are for apple juice

@sofiatieegir Alcohol in the body is generally not a good idea

@sofiatieegir I love ingesting microplastics ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹

@sofiatieegir É uma ótima ideia
