He wasn't assaulting anyone, harassing anyone or creating a riot. If a law was broken, hand him over to the police. Strangely, this kind of "justice" is usually reserved for ordinary people. You never see MNS workers dragging wealthy and influential people out of their cars and beating them for drinking alcohol in public.
