I just think that abusing the 3 lords of the Cycle of Creation might've lead to some serious problems. God of Life, God of Death and God of Balance. This would've caused such a major issue that I think not even Hoopa can control because they follow a strict set of rules.

I remember the movie well and I still find it so cool that Hoopa can casually summon legendaries from everywhere but also terrifying because it just did it to impress others not thinking about what damage those Pokémon can cause.
