A man told authorities he had his three children in a trunk as he was being arrested for DUI in Colorado. Police officers pulled over the vehicle after they witnessed the driver, Thomas Michael Raiola, on January 23. Authorities said the responding officer noticed the smell of alcohol and asked the driver to perform a voluntary roadside maneuver, which he at first accepted but then changed his mind.
