There are dozens of members of Congress who hold dual citizenship. That is completely unacceptable. The only oath of allegiance a member of Congress should swear is to the United States of America. My “Disqualifying Dual Loyalty Act” makes it clear: if you want to serve in Congress, your only citizenship must be American.

The bottom line is that you can’t serve two masters. If you’re going to serve in the United States Congress, you should serve America ONLY. I just filed the Disqualifying Dual Loyalty Act to fix this problem.

When I got to Congress, I was shocked to learn dual citizens — people who swear allegiance to another country — can still serve in the U.S. Congress. You CANNOT serve two masters. My bill makes it simple: Only Americans. Full allegiance to the United States and the United States alone. No more dual loyalty in Congress.

How can you serve in the U.S. government if you’ve pledged allegiance to another country? My Disqualifying Dual Loyalty Act would put an end to this. Everyone will automatically think of israel, and perhaps be confused why Fine would propose something that would end israeli dual citizenship. So what's going on? Well, don't be confused—the first, highest loyalty of most jews is actually to world jewry, the international jewish nation. They could renounce or forego israeli citizenship according to Fine's bill, but they'd still be "dual citizens" pursuing jewish interests. Which means they'd still pursue israel's interests. Lol So what Fine's bill would do is eliminate competition from the non-jewish dual citizens in congress, which would only increase the jews' relative advantage over non-jews. It also would give jews positive PR without actually having to give up anything important for them. It sounds good, but is entirely window dressing and ironically helps jewry.

There are 30 members born in foreign countries — potentially dual citizens who’ve never renounced their original passports. Take Ilhan Omar — born in Somalia, openly puts Somalia’s interests first. That’s not loyalty to America. My bill is simple: To serve in Congress, you must be a citizen of the United States only — no foreign passports, no dual allegiances. No divided allegiances. No foreign loyalties.
