President Trump said he personally asked Russian President Vladimir Putin to halt bombing in Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities for a week because of extreme cold weather. “It’s a big pile of bad weather,” Trump said. “And he agreed to do that, and I have to tell you it was very nice."
