Best time for real bull run

Stocks onchain is where this gets REALLY interesting.

Previously, people would consider it a scam to put stocks on the blockchain, but now the SEC itself has issued exemptions... Times have changed, guys. Is the next thing to say that Treasury bonds will also be traded 24/7?

I won't believe it till I see it

today?!

This is a huge move in the stock market, ability to trade anytime and track it conveniently is a great move

Here we go!

Don’t stop

Fantastic 😍

The inflow gates.. About to flood the crypto markets. FINALLY some real revenue and not just loops of liquidity!

Literally =)

I care about the exemption more than the tokenization. It lets this ship without rebuilding broker dealer plumbing first. But an exemption is not a rule, it can be pulled as fast as it was granted, and nobody builds a business on that.

To the moon Boom 💥

Yeah Tom Lee was Right @fundstrat ethereum:native is the Ticker

on chain for the world to know how many tokens there are. so if tokens go beyond o/s shares… we have a problem houston

Big

tokenization gets real when the tokens carry the same rights as the actual shares

* Establishment of a Clear Federal Regulatory Framework * Recently, through joint interpretations by the SEC and the CFTC, XRP has already been recognized as having the characteristics of a "Digital Commodity." * The regulatory proposal recently submitted by the CFTC to the White House contains content refining cryptocurrency market structure and exchange operation rules, serving as an opportunity to further solidify the previously uncertain institutional boundaries. #XRP #XLM #CRYPTO #CLARITYACT #DooriArk

already happened, not "about to" — SEC published the Innovation Exemption Sept 17. Important nuance the post misses: it explicitly excludes synthetic tokens that just track a stock's price without real ownership — only applies to tokens with actual shareholder rights (dividends, voting). A lot of existing "stock tokens" people trade wouldn't qualify as-is

Tokenizing stocks sounds cool, but I'm not rushing until rules finalize.

tbh tokenized stocks on chain is the part that actually matters

On-chain settlement speeds up T+1, but real liquidity stays off-chain until transfer agent rules and custody frameworks adapt. Do you think SEC guidance addresses actual interoperability, or is this just permissioned pilot tech?

Tokenization is getting real, but “trillions” is way too early. The SEC opened the door for some tokenized stocks. Now the real test is if people actually use them and if real liquidity shows up.

Congress dropped the Ball as usual because of democratic TDS I hate to say it it’s time to fire them all and start over in Washington
