Put in a transfer request then you cowardly greedy rat. Nice work not thanking the manager or the fans. Hope he's not renting anywhere local....

ISAK should respect the contract at Newcastle. It's his job and he is getting paid for it

Isak has carried Newcastle on his back, and this is how they repay him? Howe’s stubbornness and the club’s broken promises are pushing away one of the best strikers in the league.

That’s a transfer request imo. They should let him go!

Isak thinks he can control NUFC using the media, Thats where all these kids are getting it wrong. The club has the authority of making him seat for a year without playing football to prove a point They might lose some money in wages but they can hold their ground

Say what you want Eddie Howe is an honest man, don’t think this is entirely true.

Why did he sign a contract with no release clause? Isak should be furious with his agent not the club.

He can’t keep playing for a team that fails to deliver on their promises. Newcastle have only themselves to blame, they knew about Isak’s situation, yet assumed they could hold onto him for another season just because of their Champions League qualification. If that’s the case, let him move on to Liverpool.

While the statement does not fit a strict clinical definition of "gaslighting," it does use several rhetorical strategies that could be interpreted as manipulative or "snake-like": Vague Accusations: It makes serious claims ("promises were made," "others have spoken," "push their own version of events") without providing any specific details or evidence. Playing the Victim: He frames himself as the wronged party who has been "quiet for a long time" while others were "misleading." Self-Serving Frame: He justifies his desire to leave the club by framing it as a mutual benefit ("in the best interests of everyone") rather than a personal decision. The statement is carefully crafted to win public sympathy, put pressure on the club, and justify his likely departure, all while maintaining an outward appearance of being a wronged, principled individual.

Feeling sad for Isak, media made him a bad guy, same Media who supported Trent's decision and told liverpool fans to shut up

.,but when Eddie Howe caused the same situation when he bought Anthony Gordon, it was ok cause they are both English right? They didnt get no where near the flak Isak is getting

Absolutely pathetic statement Own version ? The likes of Craig Hope have said this has been brewing and due to psr the club wasnt able to offer new contract. Best interests of everyone ? The club want 150m and won't sell you on the cheap Go and hand in your transfer request

Alexander Isak’s criticism of Newcastle, accusing them of breaking promises and displaying a complete lack of trust—underscores just how unprofessional the club’s behavior has been. Don’t keep unhappy player

@SkySportsNews Well, well, well! "Promises were made"? That sounds about as familiar as Arsenal's 'next year' promises! 😂 That's the kind of statement that could power a whole stadium, even if the floodlights went out!

I call bullshit! 1st, if he wanted to leave ages ago, why was he involved in the advertising for this season. 2nd, why has he STILL not put in a transfer request. Rat!

A strong statement about everything everyone already knew ? If the trust has been broken so much then he should put a transfer request in as opposed to being a cowardly rat. Boring now man

Does anyone think Isak realises that Liverpool blocked him by buying Ekiteke, not Newcastle?

Bored with hearing the Isak talk all transfer window,if really wants to go let him hand in an official transfer request and lose some of the bonuses he is clutching onto.Suggest the advice he is getting is poor given he has 3 years left on his contract which he was happy to sign.
