Alexander O'Neal If You Were Here Tonight - 1985

His first single. Original lead singer of Flyte Time, and the first act produced by Jam and Lewis. Was as good a singer as there was, and he would have been an immense star had the late 80's not been the birth of the bad boy era.

This is the One!! The Dopest A O of all!!!! Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis on the production. It makes you clean the house, vacuum, Fabuloso the walls, open the windows, pour a glass, and wait!!!

Alexxxx!!!

😁😆😂🤣🤣

Oh my..😍 This is one of those songs, it makes me think of someone I was very fond of. A song that makes me think of her whenever I hear it, that makes me miss her a little more but also hopes she's happy. I love this song but it makes me hurt a little. One of them songs. ❤️💔❤️

Bring out the wine. 🙂 Classic.

Great track! Love INNOCENT as well from his first album.

I hadn't seen this one before. I watched the video and liked it💯💯💯. I'll post it one of these days.🤝

My favorite Alexander O’Neal song.

I was humming this one earlier today 😉

Slow top 👍😍

Love it.🎶🎵

😆⚡️

I loved me some Alexander O'Neal and was so disappointed by his choice to be a thug about his career's path. Nobody was going to put up with that.

Listen.

I have that album on CD...

I have these two albums, and I don't have the 1985 one🫤

Nice!!

Speeding up the songs not good

Classic!! Filmed in Minneapolis and directed by my mentor Craig Rice! 🙌🏾

Still a classic. Alex lives in the UK now.

An absolute classic by this gentleman. 👍 👌

I hate this song, it makes me visit a place that doesnt exist anymore!

Syven Streeter song Taboo on this beat was on point.
