On the first clip, his legs aren't moving and the OL gets his hands on the chest first. I believe he has good pad level but between the low motor and the OL good hold on him, it's a tough fight for him.

There’s time for him to get right but you can’t be a non-pass rushing DT that gets pushed around at all in the run game. Bare minimum he needs to be very good at clogging those run lanes or he’s on the bench.
