@Algorand Validator count is the headline, the real test is how many are independent operators on their own hardware and not the same three clouds. Decentralization is an ops question not a leaderboard

Algorand has now processed more than 3.43 billion transactions. According to data on Chainspect, the Algorand blockchain has now processed over 3.434 billion transactions since launch. At the same time, $ALGO is seeing an increase in ecosystem attention, perhaps driven by Algorand Foundation's discussion of the network's quantum-resistant capabilities.

Algorand might be the best positioned network for the quantum future. Algorand, steered by the Algorand Foundation, has just hit an impressive 1,000,000 post-quantum transactions on its blockchain. The milestone comes at a time when hype around crypto's quantum risks appears to be fading. Is Algorand staying ahead of the curve? Or indexing into a dying narrative?

The Algorand protocol is evolving to a peer-to-peer gossip network not requiring relays, while maintaining finality and blocktime, and introducing consensus incentivization, a game-changer toward true decentralization. 👊

Fair validator selection is essential for a secure blockchain. With VRF, validator selection is random and verifiable—reducing bias and strengthening network security.

Algorand boasts instant finality over every other blockchain. The Algorand Foundation recently shared a graphic on X, from Chainspect, which showed off Algorand's sub-second finality in comparison to... - 2 seconds from Avalanche🔺 $AVAX - 2 seconds from BNB Chain $BNB - 12.8 seconds from Solana - 2 minutes from Cardano Community $ADA Is $ALGO really the most functional blockchain? Or are these just vanity metrics?

Algorand CSMO marcvl.algo🇺🇦 sat down with Roundtable Network to talk about what's kept Algorand pushing forward for 7+ years. From solving the blockchain trilemma to native post-quantum accounts, Python & TypeScript support, and the first tokenized public stock. A pretty long list of firsts, and still counting.

🔥 Builder Spotlight: XDC Network. Algorand. Hedera. We brought together builders from all three ecosystems for a deep dive into what’s being built and where blockchain adoption is heading: XDC Network | Quincy Jones of XDC Foundation discusses connecting legacy institutions with public blockchain infrastructure, bringing VCs and startups together through the XDC Network accelerator ecosystem, and expanding the network’s physical presence in New York. Algorand | 🥖LoafPickle🥒 from Algorand Foundation and pera.algo breaks down post-quantum accounts on Algorand, the new AC2 architecture for securing AI-agent interactions, the rebuilt Pera wallet, and what sustainable blockchain foundations could eventually look like. Hedera | @filtehu explores the consumer side of Hedera through HashPack Wallet, SentX and emerging ecosystem builders, as well as why the future of adoption may depend on making blockchain increasingly invisible to the end user. Three ecosystems. One builder-focused conversation. Hosted by Tate
