Despite the personal attacks and the vitriol, stepping into the arena, getting knocked down and getting back up through the battles can be one of the most meaningful things we ever do. Especially when we don’t have to. Some things are worth fighting for, even when the fight is hard, even when it becomes personal, and even when it would be easier to walk away. Vancouver is one of them. #ABCVancouver #PublicSafety #Affordability

Scarlet Gomez: You really have to work with Funke Akindele to truly understand her. It’s not just work, it’s an experience. She’s a genius and incredibly intense about her craft. She knows exactly when a scene is right, when an actor is exhausted, and when it’s time to stop, even if it means spending more money.

Adult star Teanna Trump recalled an alleged encounter with Bill Maher, and said he wanted the experience to feel far more romantic than she expected. 👀 According to Teanna, Maher kept asking her to slow down and be more affectionate, while she was focused on getting the encounter over with. The contrast between what he wanted and what she expected made the story especially awkward. “He was like, ‘Slow down, baby’ every time… he wanted to kiss and make love.”

This liberal says that her friends and family are telling her to stop posting some of the things she posts online, but she’s instead doubling down on the insanity. I’m thinking it might be a good idea to listen to them. They probably know she’s going to say something stupid and get herself in trouble, and she’s on the wrong side of things anyways.

A female Uber driver has recounted an encounter she had with a passenger on Sunday. According to her, after completing the trip, the passenger asked to go into her room to get money to pay the fare. The driver said she had no choice but to place the trip on “waiting” since payment had not yet been made. The passenger reportedly asked her to end the trip first so she could check the final amount, but the driver refused, insisting she should bring an estimated amount between GH¢22 and GH¢25. However, when the passenger returned with the money and the driver ended the trip, the fare increased from GH¢22 to GH¢28. The passenger then allegedly refused to pay the new amount, forcing the driver to take the money from her.

i really love hearing lisa talk about this era because you can tell she’s being way more intentional with her work. reconnecting with her roots, spending more time in thailand and wanting to have a say in the music, switching verses, removing parts she didn’t connect with, keeping what felt right to her. it’s nice seeing her get more comfortable trusting her own taste and making things feel like her.

This is one of the wildest stories I’ve come across. A man living abroad left his wife in Lagos with his two children from a previous marriage. After a disagreement, she allegedly disappeared with properties said to be worth over ₦40 million and $10,000 he had entrusted to her. Things reportedly escalated when she allegedly threatened to leak his private photos and even send them to his children. The voice note in the video below is chilling. How would you handle something like this? 👀
