Agreed, the simultaneous approval of Bitcoin ETF applications will be a GAME CHANGER for the crypto space. It will legitimize cryptocurrency as a mainstream asset class. BUT perhaps we should continue to remain vigilant? Take the Impact Theory NFT case, for example. How can something be declared illegal if there’s no law to govern it? Still, Impact Theory conceded the case without contest, with a not-denying-nor-confirming motion. $6M in fines for selling "unregistered securities." Proves that wounded beast can be dangerous.
