I'm chief scientist, and I'm mostly 70 per cent of my effort is focused on R&D, plus this is one of the truly very R&D powered enterprise coming out of India. There will be a lot more. We need a lot more R&D powered enterprises coming out of India. The R&D model is (such) that it's not extremely capital intensive to invest in, but you have to be very patient to do this. Like this ERP is five years in the making and then before that, the whole finance suite was...more than 15 years experience we have. So that's what it takes. And if you look at our long term strategy as a company, we have a mixed growth engine in all of this. Danielle Smith says that Alberta will copy Mark Carney's approach with the Major Projects Office and do a similar thing. I don't get why we need more bureaucracy to manage bureaucracy. AI can read and go through all the applications. It's literally an administrative role. We need 5 people max and technology. Fire the rest and you will approve Projects in a week, not years.
