Up till today the Scheme for Pregnant women, children, university students, pupils and students in public schools and the disabled are yet to be implemented. While the large percentage of MSMEs and self employed have not subscribed. Health care is very expensive so people do home care and self medication, which in turn affects income of hospitals. Only Mandatory implementation of NHI will solve it

Middleeast is far better as Doctor than European countries especially if you working for both Public and private sector in Saudi/Qatar/UAE/Bahrain/Kuwait but in Luxembourg the life is very expensive than most EEA including Switzerland
