We have to have reliable, affordable energy without passing the cost on to consumers. Before we scale data centers and AI, we need energy on demand. Finally! Canada will be taking steps to plan to double our electricity grid. Mark Carney: "Our objective is to more than double the size of Canada's electricity grid...and deliver more affordable power to Canadians." This is something I've been calling for. Canada's industrial economic expansion is constraint by our power grid. One of the most important projects that will be happening is the power line expansion is North West BC, which will also be all local industries. We need to do it ASAP.

Canada is one of the few countries on earth that could be energy self sufficient, and more. Liberals are just starting to realize that. Minister of Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Tim Hodgson; "Countries around the world are asking the same question: Where will the reliable, affordable energy we need to power our economy come from? For Canada, led by your new federal government, the answer begins with what we can control." New government?? Liberals been in power for 11 years and almost 1/3 of Mark Carney's government. They keep talking about control, not understanding they need to get out of the way and stop the pointless speeches.
