I don't think a person has to actually sign a ticket. It's on camera. The officer can make note of it and it is all recorded. But, it seems when a Black person is caught doing something wrong and/or breaking the law it then becomes their job to drag the situation out as long as possible and create chaos for as many people as possible. Fatigue is rapidly becoming exhaustion. Far too much time & money is wasted on these people.

He gave her 2 miles under the speed that gets you arrested BUT as the inferior she is she prefers JAIL. 25 over the limit its an arrest offense. I was stopped 93 in a 70 and I thanked the cop , I was doing WAY more than 93
