The Virginia Baseball squad did a concentration grid competition and here’s why I love them… When you’re searching for the next number, blocking out distractions, and recovering quickly after you lose your place—you’re literally training your attention muscles. Just like you build physical strength in the weight room, you build mental strength in the ‘Mind Room’. Whether you’re a college athlete or 10 years old, this is one of the best drills to build a clutch brain. Focus isn’t a gift. It’s a skill.
