All successful people I’ve met and interviewed have been internally motivated not externally motivated. What keeps you internally motivated? 👇🏼

The Apostle Paul’s words: “So then each of us will give an account of himself to God.” Romans 14:12.

Some people are motivated by goals. Others are motivated by becoming the kind of person who can achieve them.

Curiosity and the quiet thrill of getting better at something that feels meaningful. External rewards fade, but that internal fire keeps burning.

For me, it's the thought of looking back 20 years from now and realizing I settled for less than I was capable of. That possibility scares me more than failure ever could. I'm not motivated by applause, followers, or validation. I'm motivated by the gap between who I am today and who I know I can become. Closing that gap is what drives me. My motivation is simple: I want to build a life that makes my future self proud. Every disciplined decision, every sacrifice, and every hard day is a vote for that future.

Makes alot of sense now

It always has to come from within.

I agree with you big time

So true Greene sir ⚡⚡

"Rest is for the dead."

You’re the best motivation to yourself

My personal standards keep me internally motivated. I refuse to settle for ordinary and average. Extraordinary is the game I play and as the late great Jim Rohn would usually put it, "Why not?".

Confidence isn’t built by motivation. It’s built the moment you decide and take action.

Sometimes it feels vague even though you've been doing it for a while. Sometimes, you wake up confused and it's okay, just refine and keep it going, clarity comes with it

external motivation runs out the second the room stops clapping. internal motivation never needed an audience to keep moving.

I have always wanted to be the person people around me look up to. The go-to person
