No one cares about customer anymore @zomato it's all about their delivery agents, resturants and their efforts. No value for customers money and customers hard work to earn that money anymore

Making marketing videos won't work. Your customer services are worse. Your restaurant partners are serving stale food. And Zomato customer care is useless.

These guys at Zomato are just a sham..Ordered food couple of weeks back for the Kids at night.Iam a regular and hold member for last 3 years.4 out of 5 items were missing and they say no refund as they cannot contact the restaurant at the moment and chat closed.What a shame.

This is Kandivali East McDonald's where there is no restaurant person to place the order,anyone can take the order and go. When Zomato's rider comes,what will the merchant say?Someone else took it,then Zomato cancelled the order and the rider got terminated @zomato @deepigoyal
