I've enjoyed hating Sid during the OV-Sid era but man, never want Sid to retire either. ..you can't hate a guy when he's no longer wearing the jersey.

Love Ovie. I was at he Wild game last year when he lined the Capitals up to shake hands with Fleury.

An @NHL without Sid, Geno and Ovi is going to be strange. I've been watching these guys play for most of my adult life. Excited to see the next generation of superstars, but a little sad to see the end of this era. Definitely enjoying it while I still can.

The Ovi circle jerk in this game has been a BIT much. Guy may be back next season FFS.

Very classy. 87 and 8, two greats that defined the 2000s-2020s. Was always a great time watching Pens and Caps on a broadcast on NBC. Love the “we’ll see” from Ovi too.
