The whole process of putting together the "I hate cowboys" record and the "go down singin'" record was a long two years of figuring out how do something I've never done before. All the songs were written on guitar and a depth I haven't really hit before. This is the final piece of that puzzle. "The fireside sessions" are both those albums together, all acoustic, featuring the songwriters from both those records. This time in my career ends with both album covers together with me and my dad standing next to each other. It's the first time I've ever been able to see a picture of us as two grown men. I'm moving on to another album early next year, but I hope y'all love these versions of the songs, as they were written. The bluebird last night was a special way to celebrate the ending of these last two years, and the start of something new👏🏼

Hey X, Family, friends, and warriors on here, I need to share something heavy that's been on my heart for only a couple of days. The doctors recently gave me news of cancer and a short 12-month timeline at best. I call BS on that. I feel strong, I'm fighting with everything I have, and I'm positive I'll beat this by God's grace. I'm anxiously waiting on a second opinion from another oncologist right now. Today I broke the news to my kiddos, all but the one overseas. My minors at home (including our new little Spider-Man who's been adjusting with us the past week after coming from a tough situation) and my college boy are now in the know. As a widower with no other living relatives, these boys depend on me, and I've never hidden things from them. We prayed together and we're standing on faith. I've only been carrying this quietly for a couple days, but I can't keep it hidden any longer. So many of you depend on me for the behind-the-scenes help and encouragement, and I have several close friends right here on this platform who have beaten the odds ,true God's warriors. Their testimonies fire me up. I know I'll join them in victory. Scripture I'm standing on: " Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up." (James 5:14-15) Also, "Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." (Galatians 6:2) Please cover me and my boys in prayer. I'm trusting God for complete healing and many more years of ministry, fatherhood, and service. He who began a good work will be faithful to complete it. Let's believe together, the battle is the Lord's. Much love and gratitude, Moon 🌙

Some people might think that just because my human can't walk at all, that my life is dull and all I do is work. Nothing could be further than the truth! I get loads of time to do regular dog stuff where I'm just in "on call" mode and just do tasks when needed. I have time to socialize with pals, I get to play, have lots of recreational walks, help other dogs learn, and of course I do training to keep my own skills sharp or learn new things because I love learning. And I have the bonus that I'm seldom home alone, bored. In full public working mode I get to see all sorts of cool places and things. I've even helped teach humans about disabilities and I've been on TV. I have been trying to figure out what I think about Brian Callahan….admittedly don’t know much about him but watching these three clips esp the press conference clip made my blood boil It’s difficult to play QB in this league esp as a youngster and there will be lots of growing pains with Levis…holding any player accountable esp the QB is important but for a young kid do it in the QB meeting room, do it in the team meeting room….if your comfortable in your own skin and you are a leader the blame in a press conference should always fall on you as the head coach (even if it’s not the case)

I can't believe this is real I have GLM 5.2 running 100% locally on my Mac Studio. 2 bit quant. The results I'm getting are better than Opus 4.8 It's now powering my Hermes Agent and Codex. 100% free, local, private super intelligence on my desk I also have it in a loop coding for me 24/7 now I thought we were at least a year away from this type of event. It happened today. The model takes up about 250gb of memory. So you can technically run it on a Mac Studio with 256gb, but you probably want the 512gb memory version (please tell me you listened to me 5 months ago when these were sitting on store shelves) With Fable gone, I now have Opus 4.8 level intelligence on my desk for free. This is the future. Local, private, secure, personal super intelligence. If you're still writing off local AI as a fad or engagement bait, you are officially delusional

I'm still in Busan, spending a quality time with my family here. I was unsuccessful in securing tickets for either day for Busan concert even though I tired till the end on Nol World queue and I needed some time to gather my thoughts and sort through my emotions😢 Tbh I felt really sad and helpless. But now that I think about it, this experience gave me a whole new perspective in a way.. I was roaming around outside of the stadium and found a spot where many neighborhood residents were gathered along with some Armys. We chanted and sang together too. The spot I found happened to be on a hill where a walking trail was connected. So, many locals who were passing by stopped to join and cheered together. Whenever Jin's face appeared on the screen, I couldn't help but notice even locals blurting out in excitement 'OMG, he's insanely handsome!' I am not gonna lie...I was really disappointed and disheartened before the concert as this ticketing and camping all day long experience in Nol Wolrd felt so out of my control.. But it is what it is and I guess that was as far as my luck in Busan would take me. At the end of the day, I'm still grateful that I was able to share the same space (in a way 😅) and be part of the experience with Seokjin on top of seeing my family here in Busan again this time of the year. Choosing positivity wins in the end. *The first photo is Huinnyeol Cultral Village located in Yeongdo, farthest south of Busan. Hot Take: The New Camera app on iOS 26 is GREAT i initially hated it when i first saw it on the keynote, but now that i've used it, I'm loving it It’s familiar while being really simple I've always felt that the Camera app on iOS has gotten really complex and convoluted in these last few years, and the new one fixes that, while still being as nuanced as the old app if you configure it the way you want it to behave takes some time to get used to, but this is great, it really does simplify the whole Ul but, this could've been the perfect time for Apple to introduce Manual controls as an Option in the Native app, even after all this redesign, Apple is still stubborn on not adding Manual Controls it's 2025 Apple,if you're gonna let users shoot LOG Video from the Native App, let us have Manual Controls as an option in the Native App, instead of downloading third party apps👏 i wonder how people shoot LOG Videos without Manual Controls💀

I’m asking for all the prayers, love, and support you can send my way right now ❤️ About eight days ago, my husband left me. After years of battling abuse, I finally found the courage to kick him out and not take him back. Now I’m trying to pick up the pieces of my life, stand on my own two feet, and figure out what’s next. I’m left dealing with severe health issues that have landed me in the hospital from dehydration and neglect since he walked away. I have no help, I don’t know my legal rights (like whether I can change the locks), and I’m trying to find the right attorney to move forward. I feel completely helpless, but I still have a roof over my head — thank God for that. If it wasn’t for Him, I wouldn’t even be here writing this. Please keep me in your prayers as I slowly try to stand again. I love you all and just need some time and a whole lot of prayer support right now. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 💜

It pains me to know that the belief is that a therapist role is to "validate". I do not validate. If you are with me in a clinical setting and what you're saying doesn't make any damn sense, I'm going to have you walk me through it. What I've discovered is that a lot of the dysfunction people have is that they've never articulated their beliefs and so have no idea how absurd they are. Simply going through the exercise of having to explain yourself can be deeply rewarding. It's something we call "accountability". You literally account for yourself. Sure, I've had some female clients chimp out and flee never to be seen again at their first contact with a mirror. I've had many others weep openly that actually being held psychologically. One I will never get out of my mind was a wonderful 30-something year old woman who cried and said, "I have been in therapy for 7 years. Why has nobody ever challenged me and help me see that I'm the one causing all this shit?" That's an important question. And it's crucial that if you see a therapist, you don't see a charlatan. You can tell the good ones by their headgear.

$105K in June + $14.9K in developer fees. Back when I started in February of 2025, never did I think I would be where I am today. I made 18K my first month ever on chain and I thought it was over after that. One of those, "get rich quick schemes" that die out after a few weeks. My goals for the rest of 2026 obviously include constantly hitting 6 figure months (hopefully multi 6-figure soon), but I also want to focus very hard on building something else. Right now, my long term goal is to hit 100K on Youtube from travel/lifestyle vlogs that will start to be created starting in August (stay tuned). I also want to focus on cutting out a lot of noise during the time I'm on chain and remove myself from any sort of cortisol spiking or groups where I feel like I'm just wasting time and energy. We're just getting started. Onto the next.

$105K in June + $14.9K in developer fees. Back when I started in February of 2025, never did I think I would be where I am today. I made 18K my first month ever on chain and I thought it was over after that. One of those, "get rich quick schemes" that die out after a few weeks. However, never did I think that I would still be here today on chain every single day trying to make it out.
