🚨 donate urgently to feed the children of gaza 🚨 Donate now: Tonight in Gaza… A child will go to sleep hungry. Not because there is no food they want to eat… But because there is no food at all. A mother hears her child whisper: “Mom… I’m hungry.” And she has to look into her child’s eyes… knowing she has nothing to give. No bread. No rice. No flour. Nothing. 💔 Imagine being a parent and being unable to give your child even one piece of bread. This is happening tonight to thousands of children in Gaza. And this is why we are fighting to keep our bread distributions going. Today, the Project Mohammed team distributed fresh bread to displaced families. We saw children reaching for the bread with both hands. For some of them… that small piece of bread may be the only food they eat all day. Think about that. A child should never have to wonder whether they will eat tomorrow. But in Gaza, children are waking up every morning with the same terrifying question: “Will there be bread today?” Right now, donations have fallen dramatically. And without donations, the bread stops. When the bread stops… hungry children are left with nothing. We don’t want to tell a mother tomorrow: “We’re sorry. We couldn’t bring the bread today.” Please help us prevent that. 🤍 Your donation can put bread directly into the hands of a hungry child. $10 can help provide bread. $25 can help feed more families. Every donation, no matter how small, helps us continue. And if you cannot donate… Please share this. One share could reach someone who can provide bread for dozens of children. 🙏 Thank you to everyone who continues standing with the children of Gaza: Eyup (Eyup Lovely) ❤️ Felix (GoliathFan1952) ❤️ William Menaker (Will 🦥 Menaker) ❤️ Please don’t scroll past a hungry child. Donate bread. Feed a child. Keep the distributions alive. 🚨 Donate now:

The art of traditional bread-making in Samarkand… Samarkand non, also known as "Samarkand bread," is a cherished symbol of Uzbekistan's culinary heritage. This traditional bread has been beloved for generations and is a popular choice to accompany the diverse and delightful dishes that define Uzbek cuisine. Coming from the esteemed city of Samarkand, this bread boasts a unique appearance resembling a carefully crafted cake, with a delicately thin center and a wonderfully tender crust. To preserve its authentic preparation, Samarkand non is baked with great care in a traditional tandir—a meticulously designed oven that upholds the highest standards of culinary excellence. There's a captivating legend about this bread too. The Khan of Bukhara wanted to taste the wonderful flavors of Samarkand non, so he brought the best baker from Samarkand to make the bread in Bukhara. But no matter what the baker tried, the bread in Bukhara didn't taste the same as in Samarkand. The Khan was upset and asked the baker for an explanation. The baker thought maybe it was because of different flour in Bukhara. They even tried using water from Samarkand, but nothing worked. Finally, the baker realized that it was the air of Samarkand that made the bread taste so good. But since air couldn't be brought, the baker returned to Samarkand, and the Khan understood, letting him enjoy the original Samarkand bread once more. The story of Samarkand non adds to the charm of this beloved tradition, leaving a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to enjoy its delicious taste. Video credit sumeyyeomer on IG
